Footnotes
CYNANE broke out then bobbled and bumped soundly with a rival, saved ground while reserved off the pace, was asked outside the quarter-pole, moved out under a left-handed crop in upper stretch, rallied outside into the final furlong and closed well to get up late and prevail. ARTISTIC SUCCESS angled in while hustled to the front, showed the way in the two path, responded well when asked near the quarter-pole, battled with a foe under a drive into the final furlong, led gamely into the final sixteenth but was caught while just able to get the place. COMPETITIVE THREAT (IRE) was well placed on the inside, moved out while asked late on the far turn, turned into the stretch in the three path then made a bid, battled with the runner-up into the final sixteenth and was outfinished then just missed the place while clear for the show. AVISO bumped soundly with a rival at the start, settled on the inside, was asked on the far turn, moved to the two path outside the quarter-pole, shifted out over heels to the five path into the stretch and improved position. WIDDERSHINS bumped soundly with foes on both sides at the start and was bounced around some then squeezed back, saved ground on the first turn, settled towards the rear, went around most of the far turn in the two path then shifted to the three path and failed to threaten. LADY RIVER LILY bumped hard multiple times with a foe near the seven-eighths pole, moved from the two path to the four path on the first turn, settled on the outside without cover, was roused while moving from the three path to the five path on the far turn, spun into the stretch in the six path and lacked the needed response. LOTUS PETAL was hustled from the gate, came in some early, bumped lightly with a foe around the seven-eighths pole, traveled around the first turn in the three path, tracked the pace on the outside, was asked while moving from the two path to the four path on the final turn and came up empty. QUITE CONTINENTAL broke in at the start, raced in the two to three path on the turns and was no factor. LIFE ADVICE bumped hard multiple times with a foe near the seven-eighths pole while also making some contact with another opponent, raced in the three path on the first turn, settled without cover, was urged along in the three path on the far turn and faltered then was eased in the final furlong but walked off.
