Footnotes
BRAMITO two to three wide down the backstretch, tucked to the two path through the turn and came under coaxing three furlongs out, angled out eight wide into upper stretch, closed in through the final furlong in tandem with REDDINGTON to his inside, came in nearing the finish as TWENTY FOUR MAMBA came out forced REDDINGTON to steady out between foes when losing the seam with strides to the finish and was just up on the wire in the very last jump. TWENTY FOUR MAMBA six paths off the inside down the backstretch in pursuit from just off the pace, tucked four wide through the turn coming under coaxing near the quarter pole, swung five wide into upper stretch and took over command straightened away, edged clear to the eighth pole, dug in under growing late threat, the rider peering back a sixteenth out, came out inside that station forcing TREATY OBLIGATION to alter in a path and REDDINGTON to steady off heels as BRAMITO also came inwards with strides to the finish and was nailed on the line. REDDINGTON lunged at the break, chased six to seven paths off the inside down the backstretch and then four wide through the turn coming under light coaxing at the seven-sixteenths, angled seven wide into upper stretch, rallied in tandem with BRAMITO through the stretch to inside the sixteenth pole when that rival came inwards and TWENTY FOUR MAMBA came outwards and was forced to steady off the heels of both rivals as his lane got shut down, lost all momentum but was safe for the show honors on the wire. TREATY OBLIGATION tossed his head at the start and got away last, chased four then three wide coming under a ride at the three-eighths marker, angled six wide into upper stretch, dug in under a drive, got forced to alter in a path inside the sixteenth pole when TWENTY FOUR MAMBA came outwards and offered up a mild kick. RIDGEWOOD RUNNER chased along the inside briefly and then tipped out to the three path, chased three then two wide under a ride from three furlongs out, swung four wide into upper stretch, kept on to the finish. BARKSDALE dueled briefly from the five path with TAHOE SUNRISE to his inside before prompting that rival from the outside five then three wide, came under coaxing near the quarter pole and spun three wide into upper stretch, weakened in the late stages. TAHOE SUNRISE dueled briefly from the two path with the aforementioned foe to his outside, assumed sole command and showed the way tucked inside through the turn under some pressure from that rival, came under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, spun just off the inside into upper stretch and faltered in the drive. WINIT away from the gate in good order, lost action quickly and was guided outside under a protective hold and pulled up six furlongs out coming to a stop with five and a half furlongs to go, got attended to and vetted on track and was transported off the course via the equine ambulance.
