ACOUSTIC AVE moved in while settling off the pace, ranged up in the two to three path on the turn, was roused near the quarter-pole, brushed with VICTORY WAY into upper stretch, chased inside of that foe while jostling, gained into the final sixteenth and got up under strong handling to prevail. WHATCHATALKINABOUT showed speed then pressed the pace on the outside, vied in the three path on the turn, took the lead into upper stretch, remained on his inside lead while inching away near the furlong marker, swapped to the proper lead into the final sixteenth and was caught in the final strides while able to hold the place. VICTORY WAY tracked the pace on the far outside, was asked in the four path on the turn, brushed with the winner into upper stretch, chased outside while jostling with that opponent in the drive, gained into the final sixteenth and missed while clear for the show. SURVEILLANCE angled in under urging then was well placed just off the pace, saved ground on the turn, moved out while asked for his best in upper stretch, pursued the leader into the final furlong and lacked the needed kick. ROOKIE CARD went to the front, set the pace under pressure to his outside, vied in the two path on the turn, was asked near the quarter-pole, lost the advantage into upper stretch and gave way.
