Footnotes
ONLY IN AMERICA was hustled from the gate, raced in the four path on the first turn, tracked the pace on the outside, dropped from the four path to the three path early on the far turn, made a bid under urging on that bend, turned into upper stretch under a drive, took a short lead just inside the furlong marker and drew clear under steady handling to prove much the best. TIME TO WIN was hustled from the start, went around the first turn in the three path, moved up to prompt the pace on the outside, vied in the two path on the far turn, gained a short lead near the quarter-pole, was put to a drive in upper stretch, lost the advantage to the winner just inside the furlong marker and proved no match while well clear for the place. DURATION broke in and bumped with a rival, raced in the two path on the opening bend, settled on the outside, was urged along late on the backstretch, traveled around the far turn in the three path, turned into upper stretch under a drive and lacked the needed response while along for the show. BARB went to the front while in the two path on the first turn, showed the way down the backstretch, was asked under threat while along the rail on the far turn, lost the advantage to the winner near the quarter-pole and tired. PRIVATE FLIGHT was bumped at the start and forced in, saved ground on the first turn, settled off the pace, was ridden along late on the backstretch, dropped from the two path to the rail on the far turn and came up empty. VOULEZVOUS broke out and was off a step slow, dropped from the four path to the two path early on the first turn, lagged well behind under urging, saved ground on the far turn, remained on his inside lead in the stretch and trailed throughout.
