SWISS ARMY KNIFE went to the front, showed the way near the inside, was asked outside the quarter-pole, drifted out under a left-handed crop in upper stretch and drew off under steady urging to prove much the best. BIG BROOKLYN dropped back while inside on the first turn, settled off the pace, was roused while inside to the two path on the far turn, swung out to the five path into the stretch and improved to garner the place. WHITBY bobbled at the start, rounded the first turn in the two path, settled off the pace, was asked while inside on the far turn, moved out under a drive in upper stretch and lacked the needed kick while clear for the show. CORVUS went around the opening bend in the four path, settled at the back, was urged along in the two to three path on the far turn, drifted inward in upper stretch and improved for the last spot in the superfecta. MAGNUM'S MACROBRST went around the first turn in the two path, settled well off the pace, moved from the three path to the five path under urging on the far turn and failed to threaten. DAIQUIRI SOMMELIER brushed with MIKE'S MAGIC early, went around the first turn in the five then four path, stalked the pace on the outside, was ridden along late on the backstretch, chased in the three path on the far turn, was driven into the stretch in the four path and tired. HUTCHINSON was hustled from the gate, moved from the six path to the five path on the first turn, settled on the outside, was urged along late on the backstretch, rounded the far turn in the four path, spun into the stretch in the six path and faltered then was eased but walked off. SHANGRALA ROAD dropped back while moving from the eighth path to the six path on the opening bend, raced near the back on the outside, went around the far turn in the five to six path, came into the stretch in the seven path and was also eased but walked off.
