Footnotes
SPICED UP was bumped at the start and brushed with another rival, settled towards the rear under some urging, went around the turn in the three then four path, came into the stretch in the six path, rallied outside into the final furlong, closed strongly to make a bid in the final sixteenth, bobbed heads with the runner-up the last few strides and narrowly prevailed in the end. NO EVIDENCE broke out and hit the gate then bumped with SPICED UP, tracked the pace on the outside, went around the turn in the two then three path, spun into the stretch in the four path, took the lead inside the three-sixteenths pole, inched clear into the final furlong, led into the final sixteenth, bobbed heads with the winner late and was denied while just able to get the place. BOSUN bumped with WHAT'S UP BRO at the start, jostled that same foe early then steadied between horses and was taken back, chased the pace, saved ground on the turn, came into the stretch in the two path, moved in inside the three-sixteenths pole, chased into the final furlong, gained into the final sixteenth, made a bid inside of the top two late and just missed while able to get the show. FINAL VERDICT was hustled from the gate, brushed with BOSUN early then was taken back between horses, settled off the pace, saved ground on the turn, moved out while asked for his best in upper stretch, chased into the final furlong, gained into the final sixteenth, steadied some while making a bid between horses late and just missed the trifecta. RUN CURTIS RUN was fractious in the gate and hit the front of the stall, raced on the outside while urged along, moved in behind horses outside the seven-sixteenths pole, went around the turn in the two path, dropped to the inside in upper stretch, paused when BOSUN came in outside the furlong marker then moved back to the two path and improved position. ICE CHOCOLAT (BRZ) brushed with rivals on both sides at the start then was squeezed back, angled in at the rear, moved from the rail to the three path on the turn, came out to the six path into the stretch and failed to threaten. VACATION DANCE was brushed in the hindquarters at the start, moved in while settling off the pace, saved ground while roused on the turn and failed to rally. VETTRIANO brushed with foes on both sides at the start, was rated off the pace, rounded the turn in the three path, was given his cue outside the quarter-pole, remained on his inside lead in upper stretch, dropped back into the final furlong and lacked the needed kick. BOLTAGE was hustled from the gate, disputed the pace on the outside then in the three path on the turn, led into upper stretch, lost the advantage inside the three-sixteenths pole and gave way. WHAT'S UP BRO bumped with BOSUN at the start then jostled with that foe early, showed speed then contested the pace on the inside of a rival, vied in the two path on the turn and faded.
