CHACARERA stalked in the four path, ranged up to bid from the three path midway around the far turn, took a narrow lead while in the four path at the top of the lane, and drew clear in the final furlong. ANNA JEAN dropped wellback turning into the backstretch, was driven in the five path around the far turn, swung from the six path into the stretch, and rallied to get up for place late. PRINCESS NORMA pressed the inner pacesetter from the three path, bid between foes from the two path while being roused midway around the far turn, could not keep up with the winner down the lane, and finished evenly for show. HIGH HEARTS tracked inside of foes from the two path, was ridden into the far turn, tipped out to the three path at the top of the stretch, but flattened in the final furlong. WIDERTHANAMILE showed the way along the inside up the backstretch, got put to a drive when challenged by an outer pair midway around the far turn, lost the lead at the top of the lane, and faded in the final furlong. SECURITYLIGHTNING raced in midpack in the three path, came under a ride between foes passing the three-eighths pole, but weakened in the four path down the stretch. FREUD'S FANCY rated in the three path up the backstretch but made no closing bid. SHILOH rated inside but never threatened. AWESOME SUNSHINE steadied at the start, raced off the pace outside of foes, was coaxed along in the four path around the far turn, but weakened.
