Footnotes
TIZ FREEDOM stalked just off the leaders racing mostly three to five wide throughout, bid in upper stretch while drifting about, took command in mid-stretch and forged clear. THREE PERCENT was four to five wide leaving the chute, shifted in at the six- and one-half stalking in behind near but just off the inside, continued close to the rail saving ground on the far turn, came out five to six wide for the drive, finished well outside runners to get up for second. PACIFIC STANDARD bumped a rival at the start, switched out in the early going and advanced from between foes intent on the lead moving up four then three wide to take over just past the three-quarters, set the pace from outside about three deep, drifted a bit turning into upper stretch, fought on gamely with a narrow lead, was no match for the winner and lost place late. POWER OF WILL moved forward and shifted in early, tracked in behind the leaders, was off the rail about in the three path on the far turn in contention in behind, drifted a bit in upper stretch, kept on inside runners late but was outfinished for the minor awards. RICKIE'S KIN moved to the early lead shifting in but was overtaken on the first turn, attended that rivals pace from inside, was forced in a bit when put in tight quarters in mid-stretch and continued to weaken thereafter. BAD BOY BUTCH was very lightly brushed at the start, settled off the pace inside on or just off the rail, came out in the stretch, was never near enough to threaten. FLAMEFIRE was bumped lightly into a rival after the start and checked sharply, settled at the rear initially outside a foe then nearer the fence, made no impact. YES I'M JESS steadied slightly in the early going, raced toward the rear off the inside, was never near enough to threaten. GOLD OF MCKENZIE was forwardly-placed but caught five to six wide in the early going, moved in a bit continuing to pursue four to five deep, came up empty.
