PASSIONED laid up close in the four path, bid in the three path passing the three-eighths pole, took command midway around the far turn, was roused at the top of the lane, and stayed on to hold safe. SPEEDY HANS tracked in the three path, rounded the far turn while coaxed along in the two path, took aim from the four path at the top of the lane, and ran on to make it close late but was out of time. ANCHISES showed the way in the two path, lost the lead along the inside midway around the turn, then faded from the two path down the lane, but clearly held show. EVERDOIT raced off the pace outside of rivals, was driven in the three path around the far turn, but made no closing bid. TIZ A BEAST rated in the four path up the backstretch but retreated from the two path around the far turn. THE HONEYMAN chased in the two path but never menaced.
