MY LIL FLIRT vied for the lead in the two path, took command passing the half, was ridden into the far turn, and dug in gamely down the lane to firmly hold off rivals on both sides. D ORBIE'S GIRL tracked inside, was driven from the rail around the far turn, cut the corner to bid turning into the stretch, got repelled by the winner in the final furlong, but held on to the place bob. KNOWLEDGE IS GOOD stalked outside of foes from the five path up the backstretch, was cued from the four path midway around the far turn, and kept on down the lane for show. MODERN MISS steadied in the three path early around the first turn, laid up close in the four path, was ridden between foes from the three path around the far turn, stayed on in upper stretch, but yielded around the sixteenth. CRESCENT RISING trailed in the three path up the backstretch and never menaced. GRENACHE dueled for the lead in the three path but gave way from the two path around the far turn.
