PAYNTER'S PRODIGY got fractious in the gate, showed the way in the two path up the backstretch, came under a drive while losing the lead to an outer foe midway around the far turn, but dug in bravely down the lane, and inched ahead again around the sixteenth. CHICO CHARLIE pressed the pace in the three path, took the lead while under a ride midway around the far turn, ran on while dueling with the inner pacesetter down the stretch, but was edged out in the final sixteenth. STREET GLIDE bumped with an inner foe at the start raced in midpack in the three path, was coaxed along around the far turn, swung from the four path into the lane, and kept on for show. COX CANYON raced off the pace inside, angled out to the seven path in upper stretch, and passed tired inner foes. DOWNTOWN CONNECTOR rated in the two path early but made no closing bid. POLITICAL RIOT bumped with an outer foe at the start, tracked in the two path, was ridden from the rail around the far turn, floated out to the four path in upper stretch and weakened. HOLIDAY FANTASY was wellback in the two path and did not factor. HARI raced in range from the three path up the backstretch but retreated. INITFORTHELOVE stalked in the four path, was ridden between foes from the three path around the far turn, but gave way down the lane. HABERDASHERY chased in the four path but weakened from the six path down the stretch. BOLD LOOKER raced off the pace in the four path but never threatened. BELTS 'N BROOKS got fractious in the gate, steadied between foes at the start, then always trailed.
