SEPTARIAN broke in at the start and bumped with a rival, then was placed between coming into the first turn and was bumped around again in the two path, settled mid-pack and shifted out to be about four wide around the second turn and dueled down the stretch to be up just in time. FREEDOM PRINCIPLE chased well behind the pace in the three path, remained three wide coming into the upper and dueled with SEPTARIAN deep into the stretch but just missed. GIANLUCA BE LUCKY was bumped at the break and quickly rushed up to set an unchallenged pace well in front of the field on the inside then weakened deep into the stretch but held on for the show award. EHSAAN was a step slow and trailed the field early on from the two path, swung out into the upper eight wide and finished mildly. JOURNEYMAN was placed mid-pack early on and came four wide into the first turn before settling, swung out to be about six wide into the upper stretch but needed kick. ATTACK was bumped entering the first turn in the three path, settled near the back of the pack and came five wide around the second turn, then came out a little more to be six wide but was no factor. SOLIWAY (FR) broke in at the start and was pinballed and raced to the inside before being bumped again hitting the rail into the first turn, then weakened nearing the half mile marker and eased up.
