HARPER'S AFLEET raced in the middle of the pack on the inside up the backstretch, began a bid from the three path coming around the turn and kicked clear in the lane. AWESOME FANTASY raced in the middle of the pack on the outside through the opening quarter, began a bid from the four and five path coming around the bend and chased on to the wire. MENDELLO raced off the pace early, navigated the turn from the three and four path and improved position mildly in the stretch. BOURBON STREET BOY led the way up the backstretch, saved ground around the turn and weakened in the lane. HENDRICKSON chased the leader up the backstretch, continued around the bend in the three path and faded from there. KALINBA trailed the field up the backstretch, saved ground around the turn and showed no kick.
