Footnotes
IMPACTO stalked from outside, went four wide on the turn, moved nearer taking the lead at the top of the stretch, edged clear under steady handling. SUNCROFT had the early lead but ceded it to an inside foe content to press, went two to three wide on the turn retaking control at the three-eighths, could not match strides with the winner but fought on to save the place. PRIVATE DESIRE settled off the leaders, moved closer tracking in behind two to three wide on the turn, rallied inside in the stretch but was held off for the place. TIMELESS BOUNTY settled mid-pack outside, went about five wide on the turn, gained late but needed more. THRILL OF IT was about mid-pack off the rail, swung three to four wide for the drive, ran on evenly. FLIPPING FISH altered outside a rival near the seven-sixteenths when in tight, continued from off the inside thereafter, failed to menace. CATIRE VIZCAYA moved forward to the lead after the opening quarter mile, set a pressured pace up the backstretch, was overtaken early on the turn, gave way in the stretch. TALKSCHEAP was outpaced inside and never a threat. ELECTRIC EEL chased from inside while ridden along, dropped back and tired.
