ARTWELL raced in the three path around the first turn, chased the leader on the outside up the backstretch, continued around the far bend still in the three path, dueled in upper stretch and kicked clear late. IF I WERE YOU saved ground around the first turn, tracked the leader on the inside up the backstretch, continued to save ground around the second bend, dueled in upper stretch and chased on to the finish. ZEE FIRE saved ground at the back of the pack through the opening half mile, continued to save ground around the far turn and improved position in the lane. KING FALIERO raced in the two path around the first bend, led the way on the inside up the backstretch, navigated the far turn still in the two path and weakened in the stretch. CENTERFOLD GUY raced in the three path early, settled off the pace on the outside for the run up the backstretch, came around the far turn in the four path and passed tiring horses in the lane. CANDY STREET raced in the three path around the first turn, continued up the backstretch in the middle of the pack, saved ground around the far bend and was outkicked in the stretch. THEO'S THUNDER raced at the back of the pack in the two path through the opening half mile, continued around the far turn in the three path and showed no kick.
