THUNDERING saved ground around the first turn, tracked the leader on the inside up the backstretch, continued to save ground around the far bend, dueled in upper stretch and kicked clear. WILLPOWERED bumped with the horses to either side leaving the gate, raced in the three path around the first turn, settled in the middle of the pack on the outside for the run up the backstretch, came around the far turn in the two path, began a bid entering the stretch and gained ground late. CHICAGO THEATRE bumped with the horses to his outside at the start, recovered to lead the way on the inside around the first turn and up the backstretch, came around the far turn in the two path, dueled in upper stretch and gave way late. DOUBLE NEAT raced in the three path early, pressed the pace on the outside up the backstretch, continued around the far turn still in the three path and weakened in the final furlong. PERSISTEN raced in the two path around the first bend, settled off the pace on the inside for the run up the backstretch, navigated the second turn still in the two path and passed tiring horses in the lane. THREE PERCENT bumped with the horses to his inside and was squeezed back leaving the gate, saved ground around the first bend, trailed the field up the backstretch, came around the far turn in the two path and never threatened. BOARD OF DIRECTORS raced into traffic and checked sharply from the two path headed into the first turn, settled off the pace on the outside for the run up the backstretch, swung out to the four path coming around the second bend and made no bid. CHARLES J raced in the two path around the first turn, continued up the backstretch in the middle of the pack on the inside, saved ground around the second turn and was empty in the stretch. TUX raced in the four path early, stalked the leader on the outside up the backstretch, navigated the far turn from the three path and faded from there. LORDLY raced into traffic from the two path coming around the first turn, found room to chase the leaders between horses up the backstretch, navigated the far turn from the three path and tired in the lane.
