BAND SWEETHEART led the way up the backstretch, came around the bend in the two path and weakened in the lane. SLEW CROWN raced off the pace on the outside up the backstretch, navigated the turn from the three path and made no bid. QUEEN OF CHILL raced off the pace on the inside through the opening stages, saved ground around the bend and was empty in the stretch.
