AMERICAN UNITY raced in the four path around the first turn, stalked the leader on the outside up the backstretch, angled in to challenge from the rail coming around the far turn and drew off in the stretch. FINAL DRAMA raced in the two path early, chased the leader up the backstretch, navigated the far bend still in the two path and kept on in the lane. CRYPTO MAN raced in the middle of the pack on the inside through the opening half mile, came around the second turn in the three path and improved position from there. WHITING FIELD saved ground around the first turn, led the way up the backstretch, continued to save ground around the second bend and weakened in the final furlong. SURPRISE PACKAGE saved ground early, trailed the field up the backstretch, came around the far turn in the three path and never threatened. WINEMAN TRAX raced in the two path around the first bend, settled off the pace on the inside for the run up the backstretch, navigated the far turn from the three path and made no bid. AZURE SKY raced in the three path around the first turn, continued up the backstretch off the pace on the outside, swung out to the four path coming around the second turn and was empty in the lane.
