ATHENA'S WISDOM chased the leader up the backstretch, continued around the turn in the three path, began a bid entering the stretch and kicked clear. MIGUEL'S BELLE raced off the pace through the opening quarter, navigated the bend from the four path, began a bid nearing the quarter pole and improved position from there. PLUM IRISH brushed with the horse to her outside and was pinched back at the start, settled in the middle of the pack on the rail up the backstretch, began to move up while saving ground around the turn and was outkicked in the lane. THEE NEW BEGINNING led the way on the inside up the backstretch, dueled from the two path around the bend and faded in the stretch. TATOR MADE brushed with the horse to her inside leaving the gate, recovered to stalk the leader on the outside through the early going, came around the turn in the four path and tired in the lane. FLOAT AWAY raced in the middle of the pack on the outside up the backstretch, saved ground around the bend and was empty in the stretch.
