WAR WORLD ROCKS saved ground around the first turn, led the way on the inside up the backstretch, continued around the far turn in the two path and held his lead to the finish despite drifting significantly in the lane and outright bolting out sharply at the wire. RAGS TO LACE bumped with the horse to his inside leaving the gate, recovered to stalk the leader on the outside through the opening half mile, came around the turn in the four path and gained ground steadily in the stretch, racing into traffic and drifting out late. NEOTERIC bumped with the horses to both sides at the start, raced in the four path early, settled in the middle of the pack on the outside for the run up the backstretch, continued around the far turn still in the four path and improved position in the lane. GRAND LIAM bumped with the horses to his outside leaving the gate, raced off the pace between horses around the first turn and up the backstretch, swung out to the five path coming around the second bend and made up some ground in the stretch. JUANSINMIEDO raced in the two path around the first turn, settled off the pace on the inside for the run up the backstretch, navigated the far bend still in the two path and passed tiring horses in the lane. MY REMBRANDT bumped with the horses to his inside at the break, raced in the two path early, tracked the leader on the inside up the backstretch, swung out to the five path coming around the far bend and weakened from there. FAIRFIELD BAY raced at the back of the pack in the two path through the opening half mile, came around the second turn in the three path and never threatened. GREAT HUNT raced in the four path around the first bend, settled off the pace on the outside for the run up the backstretch, swung out to the six path coming around the far turn and showed no kick. HE'S MY UNCLE bumped with the horses to both sides at the start, raced in the two path early, chased the leader on the inside up the backstretch, navigated the far turn from the three path and faded in the lane. SIR LOMAX raced in the two path around the first turn, settled in the middle of the pack on the inside for the run up the backstretch, raced into traffic and was forced to check while saving ground around the second bend and was empty from there. FIFTEEN HUNDRED R trailed the field on the inside through the opening half mile, continued to save ground around the far turn and made no bid. KISSINTHELADIES bumped with the horse to his inside at the start, raced in the four path early, tracked the leader on the outside up the backstretch, dropped back while racing in the four path around the second bend and continued to tire in the stretch. THE RIDER OF HORSE ONE, SIR LOMAX, CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST HORSE SEVEN, NEOTERIC, CITING INTERFERENCE NEAR THE THREE EIGHTHS POLE. ADDITIONALLY, A STEWARDS INQUIRY WAS MADE INTO LATE STRETCH CONCERNING THE TOP TWO FINISHERS. UPON REVIEW, NO CHANGES WERE MADE TO THE ORDER OF FINISH IN EITHER OCCURENCE.
