SOUPER TUSCAN chased the pace three wide in the early stages, launched a bid midway through the turn to challenge RAINBOW'S PRIDE, rubbed shoulders while dueling down the stretch, put a nose up in time for a hard fought victory. RAINBOW'S PRIDE saved ground to stalk the early pace setter from the two path, took charge at the three eighths while simultaneously meeting a bid from SOUPER TUSCAN, battled that foe shoulder to shoulder down the stretch for a very gamely finish. RAGING FURY was rated between runners, roused four wide through the turn, rallied down the stretch but was held off by the dueling leaders. ATTACK ran along the inside, finished evenly. IMPACTO assumed the early lead along the inside, met a couple bids approaching the three eighths and conceded command, entered the stretch three wide but lacked any response to the rider's urging. TWILIGHT DANCER opted to be the early trailer, passed tiring foe, never threatened. TOK TOK bobbled at the start, got in tight quarters early, found position four wide, backed off through the turn to trail by the three sixteenths, failed to menace.
