PEOPLE WATCHING emerged from the start to claim command, came under pressure from EZE VILLAGE after the half mile marker, kicked away from the field to be much the best. INSPIRE COURAGE was rated four wide, gained position through the turn and entered the stretch a couple lengths behind the pace, held at bay by the winner. GAGA'S GIRL was rated four wide, ranged up through the far turn, had no closing bid. CHUCKS AUBURN GIRL tracked the pace in the early stages, backed off before the turn, swung out five wide in the stretch to make a late gain. PEDITAL broke slowly, angled out four wide at the top of the stretch, improved position. RISEN POWER trailed for most, passed tired foes along the outside of the stretch. PRINCESS HUXLEY shadowed the early pace setter from the inside, retreated down the stretch, eased across. ROMELIA was rated along the inside, showed little. EZE VILLAGE pressed the pace setter three wide, faded down the stretch. WOULD I LIE TO YOU chased the pace in the early stages, began a slow retreat midway through the turn.
