CLASSY DISPOSITION moved up to vie for the with VIKING QUEEN after the first turn, claimed sole command entering the far turn, met a bid from BOTTLE ROCKET at the top of the stretch but finished firmly to hold off that foe. BOTTLE ROCKET (FR) bobbled at the start, shifted out to track the pace from the three path, was cued midway through the far turn to enter the stretch in a competitive position but was held at bay by the winner. VIKING QUEEN was reluctant to load the starting gate, advanced three wide through the first turn, vied for command with CLASSY DISPOSITION up the backstretch, conceded the lead at the top of the far turn, flattened out in the stretch, held for the show award. CALENDULA claimed a narrow lead early along the inside, threw her head a bit through the first turn and conceded command, shadowed the new pace from the inside, but lacked the response needed late. LADY DOMINANCE raced off the pace, trailed briefly in the upper stretch, made no impact. POLA OF TROUBLE trailed for most, no factor.
