MIAMI STYLE chased the early pace from the three path, launched a bid midway through the far turn and took charge at the three sixteenths, kept on task to repel outer foe. WHISKEY WHIM settled off the pace three wide, made steady progress up the backstretch, made a four wide bid rounding the far turn to press the pace but was held off by the winner. MELODY FACTOR settled off the pace in the two path, rallied well along the inside of the stretch to earn the show award. A ROSE FOR SKYLER showed good early speed, met a bid from MIAMI STYLE in the far turn and gave way at the three sixteenths, flattened out down the lane. KATHLEEN'S DERBY was away sharply but opted to chase the pace from the two path, angled out to the four path in the stretch and weakened. CHEFETA got pinched back shortly after the start, raced off the pace, passed tiring foes. BERNIE RULES was forwardly placed along the inside, shifted out to the five path at the top of the stretch but came up empty. STORMIN SKYE race off the pace along the inside, made no impact. ONE THAT I LOVE was squeezed back at the start, trailed until picking off a few rivals four wide after the half but retreated soon after.
