R WINCHESTER stalked close up two wide, bid on the turn, dueled, gained a short lead, dug in gamely outside of GHOSTWRITER in the final furlong and prevailed determinedly. GHOSTWRITER away alertly to set the pace, dueled inside into the stretch, dug in gamely on the rail in the final furlong and battled willingly to the finish. NEOSTAR chased outside, bid three wide on the turn, was outkicked by the top pair and remained well clear for the show spot. FANTI raced off the pace, three wide on the turn, rallied mildly and bested the others. ASTRIDSHADOWMOON raced off the pace inside, chased inside on the turn and had no rally. PAMPERO chased inside, chased on the turn and tired. NADIR HAN raced two wide off the pace and did not factor. DIVINING PROMISE was outrun.
