KNICK'S HONOR vied for the early lead leaving the chute then took command heading to the first turn, set a decent pace while well handled along the backstretch, met the bid of POWER WRENCH into the far turn, repelled that rival into upper stretch, kicked clear into the final furlong then held sway to the wire. POWER WRENCH was forwardly placed early on while inside of runners, stalked the pace from the inside into the backstretch, pressed outside of KNICK'S HONOR into the turn, vied for the lead with that rival at the quarter marker, was repelled into the stretch, chased KNICK'S HONOR into the final furlong and was a clear second best. LANDING FORCE raced close up to the early pace, tracked two then three wide to the backstretch, chased to the quarter marker then ran in pursuit of the top pair into upper stretch, was outkicked in the drive but held well late for third. HE'S MY UNCLE was caught a bit in tight away from the start, settled in the second flight and three deep in the early going, tracked the decent pace to the half-mile pole and was well placed approaching the far turn, lost position at the quarter marker, re-bid into the stretch but needed more late and just missed for third. SILENT TONE broke a step slowly and settled to the first turn, advanced along the backstretch run then chased into the far turn, swung four wide to upper stretch, needed more in the late stages and mounted a mild late rally. ROAD MISCHIEF allowed to settle while never far back, saved ground to the backstretch, got shuffled back approaching the far turn, chased from the inside to upper stretch and did not rally late. HALLOW'S ICE settled off of the early pace, coaxed two then three wide into the backstretch run, ran in pursuit between foes heading to the quarter pole and finished evenly in the stretch. CLASSIC EQUATION settled in the second flight, tracked between rivals into the backstretch, chased the leaders into the far turn, was outkicked into the stretch and weakened in the final stages. JAZZERATOR settled while saving ground to the first turn, was outrun to the half-mile pole and trailed to the far turn, eased through the stretch and walked off.
