Footnotes
AEGON TARGARYEN assumed early command, showed the way to the first turn then set a prompted pace along the backstretch, shook free into the far turn and drew to a clear lead into upper stretch, kept to task under steady handling through the lane and held sway to the wire. DABOOM settled and saved ground in the early stages, unhurried along the backstretch run, saved all of the ground to the far turn then angled out nearing the quarter marker, rallied four wide into the stretch, could not impact the winner late and closed for the place honors. TIGRE settled leaving the start then tracked the early pace three wide, was well placed into the backstretch run, chased four wide to the quarter pole then ran in pursuit of AEGON TARGARYEN into the stretch, was outkicked in the final sixteenth and saved third. SWEET TONE was unhurried to the backstretch, advanced outside of foes along the far turn, swung five wide to upper stretch, made a mild late rally and just missed for the show honors. MUNGO settled to the first turn, was coaxed two to three wide along the backstretch run, navigated traffic into the far turn then swung widest to upper stretch, needed more in the lane and passed tiring rivals late. SU DREAM settled and saved ground to the first turn, was unhurried along the inside heading to the half-mile marker, saved all of the ground to the far turn, got caught in traffic at the quarter pole, angled three to four wide to upper stretch and lacked the needed late response. AMERICAN WIND prominent in the early stages, was well placed while saving ground to the backstretch, tracked the pace from the inside heading into the far turn, could not find the needed response to upper stretch and weakened in the drive. SIX FORTYFIVE showed early speed and was forwardly placed while outside of rivals approaching the first turn, pressed the pace three deep into the backstretch, lost position into the far turn and faltered in the stretch. REDBIRD NATION was a bit keen in the early running, tracked the pace between rivals into the backstretch, ran in pursuit into the far turn, lost position at the quarter marker and gave way in the stretch. BOY O' BOY was prominent leaving the start, went up and pressed the pace between rivals into the backstretch, kept close attendance to the pace heading to the half-mile then chased AEGON TARGARYEN into the far turn, could not keep pace to upper stretch and tired in the drive.
