UNICYCLE led two wide early on, drew clear with three furlongs to go, drifted about slightly in midstretch and lasted safely. RANCHO VISTA stalked in the four to three path, chased the clear leader whlie moving back to the four path in upper stretch, kept on and held place. HIGH HEARTS tracked from midpack in the five path, progressed in the four path around the turn, moved back to the five path in upper stretch and ran on to be denied place. DOWN IN THE BAYOU bumped with an outer rival at the start, pursued from midpack three wide and stayed on evenly. ANNA JEAN lacked speed in the five to six path then moved up. BELLA MENDY brushed with an inner rival at the start, raced forwardly in the three to two path and between rivals, chased around the bend and lacked a bid. BELLY DANCE pursued from the two to four path and failed to menace. AIN'T NONCENTS lacked speed in the three path and failed to factor. DERBY EFFORT brushed with an outer rival then bumped an inner foe at the start, vied along the inside then faded nearing the three furlong pole. FORTUNE DREAMS was briefly antsy in the starting gate, then got bumped between horses and shuffled back at the start, lacked speed in the four path and made little impact. SWEET WINE raced off of the pace in the three to four path around the turn and weakened. COLLECTIVE NATION tracked along the inside then weakened around the turn.
