EL OREJON antsy in the gate when rival broke through the stall, fought for the lead inside a pair of rivals, dueled around the turn, shook free in upper stretch, drew away under right handed urging and was in hand approaching the wire. ASHRYVER broke out and bumped, vied three deep to the turn, chased after the top pair through the turn before re-bidding into the lane, was turned away by EL OREJON in upper stretch and stayed on to secure second. POLIZON bumped leaving the gate, stalked three deep into the turn, angled to the inside around the bend, chased within striking distance into the final furlong but faltered in the late stages. STAR PRINCE got bumped between rivals in the beginning, stalked widest then four deep up the backstretch, chased three wide into the lane and lacked a bid. FIFTEEN HUNDRED R was fractious in the gate, broke in and bumped, chased from off the pace, gained three then four wide on the turn but flattened out in the lane. MORAL POWER chased between rivals exiting the backstretch in the two path, found the rail after clearing inner rival and could not respond when called upon. TUSCAN THUNDER vied between rivals in the opening stages, dueled from outside on the turn, lost touch with the winner leaving the bend and weakened in the drive. GRAY BEAST broke through the gate prior to the start, chased inside a trio of rivals leaving the backstretch, took up when put in tight early on the turn and failed to rally. LUCHO got bumped and forced in leaving the gate, trailed on the inside into the turn, moved off the rail around the bend and was never a factor.
