LA VECCHIA SIGNORA stepped to the front, took pressure from outside, cleared with a quarter mile remaining, drew away under mild handling in upper stretch and coasted through deep stretch. LOVE THAT GAL bumped with DARK WIND leaving the gate, chased up the backstretch, challenged from outside into the turn, got turned away by the winner outside the quarter pole, drifted out into the lane and held second. DARK WIND bumped with LOVE THAT GAL in the beginning, chased outside KHOZANALL leaving the backstretch, found the rail around the turn, lacked a bid down the lane but was able to secure the show honors. MACA ABARRIO stalked outside rivals four wide into the turn, moved into the three path, got floated out into the lane, drifted back to the inside and failed to rally. GOPHERS AXE raced outside a rival out of range early, went three wide into the stretch and proved no menace. KHOZANALL raced up close on the inside, got put in tight by DARK WIND and checked past the three-eighths pole and could not recover after the trouble. MY LADY BAE traveled widest of all in the early going at the back, went four wide around the turn and was never a factor. QUEENS DIPLOMAT broke a step slow, raced off the pace on the inside, moved into the two path around the turn and could not make an impact.
