Footnotes
ROYAL MENDE stalked in the three path, bid around the far turn, assumed command reaching the quarter pole, then drove clear and held from an outer challenger late. GHOST PRINCE settled off of the pace in the two path, shifted out to the five path into the lane, rallied to range up to the leader in the closing stages but needed more. ONLY THE GOOD stalked in the two path along with an outer rival, offered a mild challenge around the far turn, proved no match for his outer counterpart turning for home, yet kept on to continue to vie for minor placings in the final furlong and re-edged show late. ENJOY THE CRACKEN tracked in the three to four path, bid for place entering the lane, vied for place between horses in the final furlong and yielded. REDHILL pursued from midpack near the inside, saved ground around the far turn, encountered traffic entering the lane, slipped through for a rail charge leaving upper stretch and stayed on mildly. COLLATOR raced at the rear in the three to two path, pursued between horses in the final furlong and failed to menace. MORAL shook his head leaving the gate, tugged subtly into the first turn, pursued from midpack along the inside before moving to the two path down the backstretch, chased in the three path and between horses turning for home and lacked a bid. CUE COUNTRY ROADS raced off of the pace in the four path, drifted to the seven path into the lane and failed to factor on his left lead. MR CORN broke a beat slow, raced at the rear in the five to four path around the first turn and got outrun. MAGIC FACTOR set a clear pace early on, met a pair of challenges around the far turn, proved no match turning for home and caved between rivals.
