LORELEI LEE traded blows with an outer rival at the start, raced off of the pace in the four to five path into the turn, progressed around the bend before fanning to the six path into the lane, gained command at the furlong grounds and drove clear. FLOWER RIVER was jostled between horses and steadied back at the start, trailed while hung in the five path, swung out to the nine path into the lane and rallied. EMERALD SPUN bumped with an outer rival at the start, raced off of the pace in the two path, altered out seven wide while advancing in upper stretch and rallied between horses. SHIPS INN shied slightly from an inner foe at the start, raced forwardly four wide and between horses, chased in the three path around the turn, got bumped to the five path and between rivals by an inner foe entering the lane, yet stayed on to edge fourth late. LAW OF LORY broke inwardly and bumped a foe at the start, chased along the inside, bumped an outer rival while moving out to the four path entering the lane, ran on to vie for fourth into the final sixteenth but got outfinished. RIVER RISE was jostled between rivals and steadied back at the start, raced well back in the three path, held up behind foes at the five sixteenths pole then moved up between horses. WEST OF LEX bumped with an inner foe at the start, raced off of the pace in the three path, shifted out to the five to eight path in upper stretch and failed to menace. NAUGHTY BY NATURE set the pace along the inside, led from an outer pair of prompters around the turn, inched free at the quarter pole, but got caught at the furlong grounds and weakened. MISS SOOTHSAYER pressed two wide and between horses, offered a mild bid around the turn and faded in upper stretch. ROMPER saved ground off of the pace and tired. BELLA STREET stalked five to four wide, offered a mild challenge three deep around the turn then weakened between horses in upper stretch. SEVEN BELLE leaned outwardly at the start raced closer up three wide and between horses but faltered nearing the turn.
