EMILY'S JOY tracked from the two path, bid outside of the top pair and from the four path nearing the lane, inched clear in upper stretch and held sway from an inner pursuer. DIABLO SHIRAZ saved ground off of the pace, rallied along the inside to take aim inside of the new leader in the final furlong but was kept at bay. SPECIAL SAUCE was hustled from the gate, dueled for the lead with an outer rival, got headed by a wider bidder while entering teh lane in the two path, yielded place to an inner foe shortly after and kept on. TALE OF LADY MARIA broke awkwardly, raced at the rear in the two path, progressed whlie shifting the four path and between horses in midstretch and ran on willingly. MISS CLARKE stalked in the five path and faded entering the lane. CELESTIAL HARMONY broke a step slow and was slow into stride, raced at the rear in the three path and made little impact. ASHKENAZI dueled for the lead two wide then weakened between horses entering the lane. LITTLE SAM'S raced close up in the four path, chased between horses around the turn and weakened turning for home.
