AMERICAN SUMMER was bumped by an outer rival at the start, lacked speed in the three path, rallied between horses into upper stretch, shifted in and drove past the leaders late. AMERICAN TAPIT stalked in the three path, took aim from the five to six path in upper stretch, bid in the final furlong but got outkicked by an inner rival. CUP OF COFFEE pressed the top pair from the four path into the turn, vied turning for home, remained in hand nearing the lane, set down moving to the five path in upper stretch but yielded between bidders in the final sixteenth and lasted for show. OVERLOOK leaned outwardly and brushed a foe at the start, tracked from midpack in the two path, shifted to the four path at the quarter pole then stayed on. CHANNELVIEW broke slowly, lacked speed in the four path, shifted wider and ran on. RONILLA vied for the lead with an outer rival while remaining a path off of the inside, got collared by a wider challenger turning for home, sparred through midstretch but faded between horses in the final furlong. CONQUERESS stalked along the inside, chased into the lane and faded. SMOKED PEACH raced off of the pace along the inside and failed to factor. SHINING SILVER vied for the lead with an inner rival while in the three path, then between horses around the turn and faded at the quarter pole. TAPAJO BELLE raced off of the pace in the five path and faded into the turn. G ONE BOUND pursued from the four path then faltered between horses into the turn.
