NIP N TUCK pursued from midpack in the four path, bid four to three wide and between horses around the far turn, led in upper stretch then lasted. SILVER QUARTERS lacked speed along the inside, progressed in the five to six path around the far turn, rallied to offer a late bid but missed. GRIMES tracked in the two path, then between horses into the far turn, offered a rail bid at the five sixteenths pole, vied into the lane but got outkicked. HEAT LIGHTNING broke a step slow and checked back at the start, lacked speed in the four path, advanced down the backstretch, bid five deep around the far turn but flattened out and saved fourth. COMPANY YOU KEEP pursued from the two path, was blocked behind foes at the five sixteenths pole, ran on along the inside and missed fourth. AMERICAN PURE dueled two wide, led into the far turn, met challenges on either side around the far turn then faded. LIAM THE BRAVE stalked three deep, got outkicked between bidders around the far turn, chased among foes in upper stretch but was put to tight quarters and steadied in the final furlong. MY BROTHER KEITH failed to factor. SAGITTARIUS lacked speed in the three path and made little impact. GALILEE never got involved. CROWNED JEWEL dueled for the lead with an outer rival then weakened nearing the far turn.
