SPECIAL SAUCE vied two wide, edged clear entering the lane then drew off under moderate handling. DIABLO SHIRAZ was bumped by an inner foe at the start, pursued in the three to four path, advanced five deep into the lane and ran on to reach place at the wire. EMILY'S JOY stalked the top pair from the two path, vied for place with an outer rival into the final furlong, fended off that one but got nailed for place by a wider challenger at the wire. MORE SWEETS tracked from the four path, vied for place through midstretch but got outkicked in the final sixteenth. CAROL'S MELODY bumped an outer foe at the start, got keen early on, settled tucking to the two path into the turn then stayed on but failed to threaten. MADDIE'S GARDEN hopped slightly and broke slow, pursued from midpack near the inside, chased in the four path and between rivals in upper stretch then lacked a bid. AGUA FRESCA chaesd in the three path and between horses then tired. THE LITTLE SULTANA vied for the lead inside of the eventual winner then weakened entering the lane. JOROPO broke a step slow and checked back via a strong left rein at the start, lacked speed in the two to three path and got outurn. RUN MAMA RUN trailed in the four path and never got involved.
