NICO'S DERBY RUN pursued from midpack in the four path then rallied to reel in the leader late. BANIDOSO vied two wide, led as an outer rival applied pressure around the turn, drew clear in upper stretch but got caught late. AMERICAN WIND prompted three wide, then two wide while kept in the three path turning for home, but yielded in upper stretch yet lasted for show. SLINK pursued from midpack near the two path, shifted to the five path into upper stretch leaned wider at the furlong grounds then stayed on mildly to miss show. GOVERNING PARTY tracked three wide, chased into the lane and lacked a bid. CONNECT THE BROCKS leaned outwardly leaving the gate, raced off of the pace in the three path and between horses, fanned to the six path into the lane and failed to threaten. STRIKE PRICE steadied between rivals at the start, lacked speed in the two path, shifted to the four path entering the lane then improved between horses. MOONRISE DRIVE raced off of the pace in the four to five path and failed to factor. FLYIN RYAN bumped with an outer rival soon after the start, raced off of the pace along the inside, chased two wide and between foes into the lane then failed to factor. ON MY HONOR was bumped between horses and steadied back soon after the start, railed in the three to five path into the lane and got outrun. PLAYING THE ANGLES bumped with an inner foe soon after the start, tracked two wide and between foes into the turn then weakened. MAGIC FACTOR vied along the inside, faded with three furlongs to go and weakened.
