Footnotes
SPECIAL JUSTICE showed the way in the two path, drew clear with five sixteenths to go then held sway under a drive. COALMOON tracked in the two path, claimed place from an outer rival entering the lane then held place from an inner bidder late. REALLY GOOD settled off of the pace near the two path, offered a rail rally to issue a bid for place in the final sixteenth but was denied. ENGLISH LAW prompted along the inside before backing off to stalk around the first turn, chased in the two to four path turning for home then stayed on evenly. OVERSTATEMENT settled off of the pace two wide and between horses, shifted out to the four to six path in upper stretch and stayed on mildly. WAKAN brushed with an outer foe at the start, pressed the eventual winner from the three path, failed to sustain pressure with five sixteenths to go then yielded between horses. CLASSIC CREATION lacked speed in the three to four path, fanned to the six path into the lane and failed to factor. SOUND CAUSE brushed with an inner foe leaving the gate, trailed in the four to three path and got outrun. OBELISK bumped with an outer rival at the start, saved ground well back to no avail. THE DOVER SPECTER tracked two wide and between horses then gave way rounding the far turn. DE' MEDICI raced off of the pace in the four to three path, then between horses around the far turn and tired.
