RACHAEL'S WAGON tracked from midpack two wide, ranged up to three wide around the far turn, bid at the quarter pole then drew off while hanging on her left lead. OLD TRACE broke a beat slow, raced off of the pace in teh four to three path, gained four wide around the far turn, vied for place between rivals in the final furlong and edged that position. DROGON broke a step slow, raced at the rear in the two path, rallied in the five path around the far turn, bid for place in the final furlong but was denied. FRANKLIN WILDER showed the way while tucking to the inside around the first turn, vied with an outer rival down the backstretch, disposed of that one before getting headed by a different bidder at the quarter pole, kept on to battle for place with an outer pair in the final furlong but yielded at the sixteenth pole. BIG NELSON raced off of the pace in the three to four path, fanned to the six path in upper stretch then improved position. MAX N' LOU stalked two wide and between horses, chased along the inside around the far turn then gave way. S J B EXPRESS lacked speed in the three to four path and failed to menace. HIGH AS THE SKY stalked along the inside, dropped back to midpack with five furlongs to go, chased whlie moving out to the four path around the far turn then tired. FIRESTORM DANCER pressed four to two wide around the first turn, vied down the backstretch but weakened between foes at the quarter pole. COLD FRONT tracked three wide but faltered between foes around the far turn. BAYTOWN GUVNAH raced off of the pace in the two path then was done early.
