Footnotes
SUNDAY SLIPPER set the pace along the wide, vied with an outer bidder around the far turn, got briefly headed by that one at the quarter pole, fought back to reclaim an advantage in upper stretch, dug in once more as SENORA D'ORO bid at the furlong ground, battled gamely and prevailed via a head-bob. SENORA D'ORO pressed three to two wide, got outmoved by an outer rival while backing off to stalk approaching the far turn, pursued from the three path around that bend, tipped to the four path entering the lane, rallied to bid at the furlong grounds, battled with an inner foe thereafter but narrowly missed at the wire. LOW MOON tracked in the three to two path, shifted out to the five path in upper stretch and ran on to edge show. LEXICO stalked near the inside, chased in the two path into the lane, pursued evenly while vying for show but got outkicked. TAPPIN INTO GENIUS pursued from midpack along the inside, shifted to the three path at the five furlong pole, chased four deep around the far turn then lacked a bid. HIGH GRACE broke a step slow and steadied back when put to tight quarters between horses at the start, inched closer down the backstretch, bid two wide around the far turn, led briefly at the quarter pole but weakened between horses in upper stretch. HALFIN settled in the three to two path, shifted out to the five path around the far turn and failed to factor. YOLO broke a step slow, trailed throughout and got outrun.
