MODERN SOUND broke a step slow, trailed in the two path, rallied inside of foes in upper stretch, shifted out to the four path and between foes at the sixteenth pole then sustained progress to reel in the leader nearing the wire. FLAME DANCER set the pace along the inside, met an outer challenge tuning for home, dueled with that one while clinging to an advantage through midstretch, repelled that foe leaving the sixteenth pole but got caught by a wider challenger late. ELLE'S DANCER tracked along the inside, chased in the two to four path in upper stretch, got outkicked by an inner foe while getting floated to the five path at the sixteenth pole, yet ran on to miss place. SPINNING GLORY stalked in the three path, bid outside of the leader turning for home, battled through midstretch but yielded late. MOM'S CHEESECAKE raced off of the pace in the three to four path, shifted out to the five to six path leaving upper stretch and failed to menace. AUSTIN HIGH rushed to prompt from the three path at the half mile pole, but gave way in the two path at the three furlong pole and weakened.
