Footnotes
BRESHA was brushed by an outer foe at the start, set a clear pace along the inside, widened her margin in upper stretch then lasted safely under a drive. PRINCESS WOEJEE lacked speed in the three path, progressed in the three to four path turning for home, rallied to bid for place between rivals at the sixteenth pole, dueled with an outer foe for that position while closing in on the tiring leader leader and shared place. SOUTH PHILLY SLIDE tracked from the four path, shifted to the five path in upper stretch, ran on to bid for place along with an inner rival at the sixteenth pole, battled for that position with that one thereafter and finished on level terms. NANZIG stumbled and brushed an inner foe leaving the gate, stalked along the inside, chased the clear leader while moving to the three path reaching the lane, but tired through the final furlong and lasted for fourth. GREAT KERRY LEE bumped with an outer foe at the start, then jostled between horses shortly after, trailed in the three path, advanced while swinging to the six path into the lane and rallied willingly. MY MY MY DELILAH was jostled by an outer rival, put to tight rail quarters and forced to bump the inner rail soon after the start, raced well back in the two to three path, progerssed in the four to five path in upper stretch and ran on. SCREECHED IN pursued from the two path before moving to the inside around the turn and lacked a bid. GINGER PEACHY raced off of the pace in the four to three path, shifted inwardly in upper stretch and failed to factor. DOROTHY MAY lacked speed in the five to four path and made little impact. I MEAN BUSINESS chased in the three path and faded between horses around the turn. SONGFEST stalked from the three path, faded nearing the lane then weakened between rivals. FOGG COVE bumped an inner rival at the start, then jostled that one shortly after, saved ground off of the pace and tired.
