HALEY'S HONOR broke alertly being nudged for run taking the lead outside two rivals after the start, angled to the two path to have a clear advantage by the half, put away a brief inside challenge with three eighths remaining, opened up comfortably throughout the turn and at the top of the stretch with the rider sitting still, was kept busy just off the fence down the lane and cruised in for the dominant front running tally. ROCKET RILEY was void of early foot sharing the rear inside another down the back straight, had a good turn of foot rallying on the rail passing rivals smartly at the quarter pole, moved into second three wide by mid-stretch but could not get to the winner who built up a large lead and settled for a clear second best. ENCHANTED FOREST was unhurried co-trailing on the outside early on, began to pick up runners splitting foes at the five sixteenths pole, shifted out five to six wide turning for home and finished up with some late interest to get the nod for third place in the final few strides. RARIFIED (IRE) broke inwards slightly on the start, forced the pace with rivals on either side in the beginning, dropped back to be all alone having a good tracking position off the embattled duo at the three-furlong pole, made little headway when roused for more with a quarter mile to run and finished up evenly just losing the battle inside for the show money. CRUMLIN TROUBLE broke out a touch brushing the outside rival on the start, was scrubbed inside forcing the issue down the backstretch, chased the winner but was losing ground at the three eighths pole in tight for a stride or two, switched outside in midturn under a busy ride unable to keep up to the leader and wilted between foes in the final sixteenth of a mile. SAUCY NAME settled in mid-pack in the three to four path sitting outside others along the backside, regressed through the turn three wide being passed by inside horses at the five sixteenths pole, drifted out widest to the seven path at the top of the stretch and came up empty for the drive.
