Footnotes
VANDOO exchanged an incidental light brush at the start, pressed the pace from outside, fought on in the stretch, struck a narrow lead inside the seventy yard marker, held. VICTORIA ELIZABETH was encouraged chasing the leaders, tracked from inside on the turn saving ground just off the rail, angled out passing the three-sixteenths with aim on the leaders, ground on in the late stages but missed. SUMMER SNOW was urged from the start, soon made the lead, set a pressured pace, saved ground on the turn, yielded grudgingly in deep stretch. ZIPPY GAMBLE chased from inside, saved ground on the turn, ran on for the minor award. THATSITTHATSALL was outpaced early, raced between foes at the rear into the turn, dropped back leaving that bend, came out in upper stretch, showed late interest. MI TORMENTA broke outwardly, settled at the back outside, went three to four wide on the turn, was never near enough to threaten. LEZIATE chased from outside a foe mid-pack, went three wide on the turn, failed to rally.
