HER OBSESSION co-trailed on the inside at the half, scraped paint progressing sharply inside of runners on the turn by the quarter pole, angled out looking for running room three to four wide at the top of the stretch, darted to the rail at the furlong marker full of run finding a seam, shifted out in the two path with a sixteenth remaining and drove by the leader in deep stretch under a savvy ride for the victory. THAT'S A FACT had the rail position in mid-division early on, was part of the back trio between horses at the five sixteenths pole, opted for the outside route going seven wide reaching for more ground at the head of the lane and had a strong late charge but just could not get to the winner in time. RELOAD BABA was hard ridden inside, prompting the pace down the backstretch, tracked on the fence with a half mile still to run, chased but could not narrow the margin on the leader around the oval, shifted to the three path in with a chance for a small share straightening out for home and ran on willingly to capture the show award at the wire. MISCHIEVOUS MYRA was hustled from the start to gain control between runners at the nine sixteenths pole, improved on the lead to be loose up top by the half, rolled along while slackening the tempo unopposed throughout the turn, still was well in control just off the fence at the furlong marker but got leg weary in deep stretch, faded late and lost a few placings when crossing the finish line in the end only lasting for a minor role. CALL ME MISSLUCKY exchanged brushes with the outside foe on the start, settled three deep in middle of the pack along the backside, advanced slightly going three wide in midturn to be in with a chance for a piece of the prize six wide in upper stretch but evened out in the late stages. RYO AMAZING traded brushes with the inside rival on the break, shared the rear on the outside down the backstretch, tried to circle around foes making a brief run four wide through the turn, was forced out by runners to be widest in eight path straightening out for home and stalled with its run by the furlong marker. DARING DAME improved three wide outside of horses along the backside to chase the pacesetter by the half, could not gain on the frontrunner even though roused for more around the turn, angled to the five path between foes in upper stretch but gave way when in tight with rivals on each side at the eighth pole. LADY ON THE NILE was away sharply for the early advantage, took back letting the leader go on with it, to track between foes at the half, came under a drive but was backing away abruptly midpoint of the turn, lagged behind seeing the field at the top of the lane and just cantered home through the stretch.
