DIXIE LAW was lightly bumped at the start, settled off the leader, made an early advance shifting in from two wide to nearer the rail heading into the turn, tracked in behind, came out a bit finding room nearing the sixteenth pole, surged to just get up. MEILANI was quick to take the lead and move clear setting the pace near the inside, was asked at the top of the stretch with outside rivals in close pursuit, maintained strong urging and was desperate for the wire but just failed to last. LUSTER was up close stalking in behind the leader two to three wide, was niggled along about the five-sixteenths, asked for more in upper stretch with aim and in range but could make no headway. FROSTY MOJITO bobbled at the break, pursued the pace from inside, lacked a bit of room past the seven-sixteenths, came out and drifted nine or ten wide in the stretch, failed to rally. LAKOTA LADY rated under a hold early stalking three to four wide and outside foes, weakened in the stretch. GRAY DEE ONE bumped a rival lightly at the start, lacked early speed trailing the field, was never near enough to threaten. FOLLOWING AN OBJECTION BY THE TRAINER OF FROSTY MOJITO AGAINST DIXIE LAW ALLEGING INTERFERENCE NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
