Footnotes
MAGIC MODIE was nudged along having a slim lead on the inside down the backstretch, battled up top on the turn edging away slightly by the quarter pole, had company outside at the top of the lane and stubbornly dug in to prevail on the fence clearing off in deep stretch. TAKEMYBOURBONNEAT was under a good hold rating kindly while three deep watching the dueling pair along the back straight, continued three wide measuring the front duo inching up boldly around the turn, shifted out four wide turning for home possibly poking her head in front for a stride or two but could not find more late to go with the determined winner in the late stages. POETIC AMY was void of early speed, trailing in the early stages, started to go by runners on the fence at the midway point of the turn and grinded away on the rail in upper stretch to get up on the outside late for the show money. WORRY LESS prompted the issue outside at the start, came under a ride midturn trying to keep position up front with rivals on either side, angled out three wide between horses still in the mix by upper stretch but was no match for the top two who separated themselves by the furlong marker and faded late settle on the fringes in the end. AIN'T NO LADY broke out on the start, had a stalking role ahead of a couple of foes in the beginning, was roused for more with five sixteenths to go making little impression around the bend and finished up mildly on the fence to the wire. ONDINE LADY travelled outside of horses close to the back of the back along the backside, made little gain on the leaders while going three wide outside the second grouping of runners through the turn, shifted to the four path turning for home but had little to offer driving to the wire.
