Footnotes
CLASSY WAR soon moved to the lead inside, set the pace in the clear, was challenged entering the turn, shook clear of rivals at the top of the stretch, was kept to the task and held safe. BIG SCREEN BOSS stalked the leader early, moved closer early on the turn mounting a challenge, was no match for the winner but kept on to hold the place. PERFECTWORKS pursued the leading pair three to four wide, was urged outside the five-sixteenths, ran on but needed more. WILD CARD settled at the rear, went three to five wide, asked for more at the quarter pole, improved past foes outside in the stretch. LET'S GO LIAM chased inside, saved ground but failed to menace. LASTING SILENCE chased mostly two to three wide from well back of the leaders, was between foes in the stretch, failed to rally. SPRINGER broke a bit awkwardly bumping a rival then steadying at the start, was guided out and made an early advance outside four to five wide to get within reach of the leaders by the midpoint of the turn, was encouraged along but had nothing left to give and flattened out. RINGINTHEHOLIDAY was bumped at the start, raced at the back just off the fence, was outpaced.
