Footnotes
PIPINNA lagged behind just off the fence initially, remained at the rear along the backside, closed the gap starting to uncork a run by the half, advanced sharply on the rail midway through the last bend, shifted out three wide coming to the leader at the quarter pole, loomed boldly four wide turning for home and quickly opened up by the furlong marker to win comfortably at the finish line. ALBIE FIRST had a stalking trip ahead of only one runner in the beginning, was at the back of the pack going three wide at the three eighths marker, started to circle around foes when called upon for more at the five sixteenths pole, shifted to the rail for the stretch drive, angled out three wide with a furlong to run and finished up with good intent but could not get to the winner who had plenty left. CHERVONARUTA had a good spot, all alone watching the embattled twosome while well ahead of the rest of the field for the first half of this route race, moved in to seize command on the final bend between rivals at the quarter pole, had a short-lived lead three wide in upper stretch with the winner storming by on the outside, switched leads late between foes at the seventy yard marker but was picked up late for the runners up share. HOPE SHE FIRES dueled on the rail in the early stages, put away the outside speed rival to have sole control by the three furlong marker, relinquished the lead to two outside runners by the quarter marker and flattened out on the fence in the final furlong to hold for the minors. TRISTAR FURY settled in mid-pack with the field strung out along the backside, narrowed the margin at the half making a little bit of a run, travelled just off the rail on the far turn seeing the field at the five sixteenths pole and could not get involved in the three path in the drive to the finish line. FULLY COMPLETELY had a head in front battling on the outside around the first of two turns, gave way unable to keep stay up top at the three eighths pole, retreated through the last turn, emptied out at the top of the lane and was not persevered with late, cantering a cross the finish line in the end.
