JUST FOLLOW ME tracked from inside mid-pack, began shifting out about the quarter pole under some encouragement, came to the top of the stretch five wide, gained steadily striking the lead a sixteenth out and edged away. NAUGHTY DESTINY chased the pacesetter under some early coaxing, steadied a bit entering the turn, saved ground on that bend, came out in mid-stretch, made a mild bid between runners near the sixteenth pole but was no match for the winner. GRETNA GREEN was quick to take the lead and soon moved clear setting the pace inside, was asked past the quarter pole coming off the rail for the drive, weakened in the stretch yielding to challengers near the sixteenth pole. ZIPPY GAMBLE was unhurried at the back racing inside, saved ground on the turn, showed late interest up the rail but was too little too late. WILDFIRE stalked from outside going two to three wide on the turn, went evenly and made no bid. HOLIDAY ROSE lacked early speed racing between foes into the turn, was never near enough to threaten but passed a tired rival. MI TORMENTA was urged from the break, chased from between runners mid-pack going two to three wide on the turn, drifted out a bit under left handed urging in upper stretch, failed to rally. ZIPFIRE pursued from outside coming up to mid-pack heading into the turn, raced three to four wide on that bend, failed to menace. NIGHTSABER (GB) dropped back just after the start, raced outside a pair three deep into the turn, came out nine wide in the stretch, was not a factor.
